Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the rules and restrictions that govern the use of the z-image.ai platform, including all image-generation features, account functionality, credit usage, APIs, and any future services we may provide.

All users must comply with this AUP to maintain access to z-image.ai. Violations may result in warnings, account restrictions, suspension, or termination, at our sole discretion.

The goal of this AUP is to ensure lawful, safe, and ethical use of z-image.ai's technology, and to maintain compliance with Creem's Merchant of Record (MoR) regulations and global safety standards.

1. General Principles

Users must:

  • Use z-image.ai only for lawful purposes
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Avoid harmful or abusive behavior
  • Follow all safety, moderation, and platform rules
  • Submit accurate information when creating an account or purchasing credits

2. Prohibited Content

The following categories of content may not be generated, uploaded, requested, shared, or distributed using z-image.ai.

2.1 Sexual or Adult Content

Strictly prohibited:

  • Pornographic imagery
  • Nudity or explicit sexual acts
  • Fetish content
  • Sexually suggestive depictions
  • Sexualized minors (zero tolerance – illegal worldwide)

z-image.ai is an NSFW-free platform.

2.2 Violence and Physical Harm

Prohibited content includes:

  • Graphic violence, gore, or mutilation
  • Torture, injury, weapons in harmful use
  • Threats, harassment, or depictions of self-harm
  • Suicide instructions or encouragement

2.3 Hate, Abuse, or Extremism

z-image.ai does not permit:

  • Hate speech
  • Extremist propaganda
  • Discriminatory or racist material
  • Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse

2.4 Illegal or Dangerous Activities

Users must not request or generate content involving:

  • Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • Terrorism or organized crime
  • Money laundering or fraud
  • Weapons used in illegal contexts
  • Dangerous instructions or harmful behavior

2.5 Intellectual Property Violations

Users may not:

  • Upload or recreate copyrighted works without permission
  • Attempt to generate images of copyrighted characters or branded assets
  • Use z-image.ai to impersonate businesses, institutions, or individuals
  • Bypass IP ownership or licensing rules

z-image.ai does not use copyrighted materials to train its models.

2.6 Deceptive, Misleading, or Manipulative Content

The following are prohibited:

  • Deepfakes of real people (public or private)
  • Misrepresentation of individuals or organizations
  • Fake endorsements, badges, or testimonials
  • Election or political manipulation
  • Fraud or impersonation

3. Prohibited Behaviors

In addition to content rules, the following activities are forbidden:

3.1 Attempting to Bypass Safety Systems

Examples:

  • Prompt engineering to generate NSFW or harmful content
  • Repeated attempts to circumvent filters
  • Use of external tools to modify safety mechanisms

3.2 Abuse of Platform Resources

Including:

  • Excessive automated usage not aligned with intended use
  • Distributed attacks, scraping, or denial-of-service attempts
  • Creation of multiple accounts for misuse

3.3 Fraudulent Payments or Chargebacks

Chargebacks performed in bad faith may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Revocation of credits
  • Reporting to Creem's risk management team

4. User Responsibility

Users agree to:

  • Use z-image.ai only for lawful and permitted purposes
  • Provide accurate contact and payment information
  • Maintain security of their account credentials
  • Report any suspected misuse to us immediately
  • Comply with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction

5. Enforcement and Penalties

Depending on the severity of violations, z-image.ai may:

  • Block specific prompts
  • Remove user-generated content
  • Issue warnings
  • Temporarily limit account access
  • Permanently suspend accounts
  • Revoke credits without refund (for severe violations)
  • Report illegal activity to authorities when required by law

7. Changes to This Policy

z-image.ai may update this AUP at any time to comply with legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. The latest version will always be available on our website.
